2015 Pa’ina Dinner and Beer Pairing Menu

How do you create an incredible menu for the annual Kona Brewer’s Festival Pa’ina dinner?  By tasting craft beers and finding the perfect local cuisine to match.  Executive Chef Roy Basilio, Honu’s on the Beach Restaurant at the King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel, recently sat down with the Kona brewers who are providing the beer for the Pa’ina Dinner to sample the various beers being poured for the dinner to create an exciting and delicious menu selection for the five food stations.
The Pa’ina Dinner and Auction will be held on Thursday March 12th at the luau grounds of the Kona Beach Hotel with live cultural entertainment and a benefit silent auction by the artists and volunteers of the Donkey Mill Art Center.
