Our ticket policy clearly states “ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This ticket will not
be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason”.
Recognizing that some of our patrons may not be able to attend the Kona Brewers
Festival this year on our new date of April 4, 2026 , we would like to offer the following
options:
● Donate. Contact us if you are unable to attend and you would like to donate your
ticket to a local non-profit or volunteer organization.
● Gift. Your Festival ticket is controlled by the unique QR code. If you are unable to
attend, feel free to give, sell or otherwise bequeath your ticket to someone else.
● Future Event. If you are unable to attend, contact us if you want to use your
ticket at the 2027 Kona Brewers Festival. Next year we will issue you a new
ticket at no additional charge.
● Swag. T-shirts, Festival glasses, stickers, hats. Contact us and we will gladly
credit you for $100 of Festival merchandise which we will ship to you at our
expense.
The decision to postpone our 31 st annual Festival was done to ensure the safety of our
patrons, volunteers, performers and facility. The State of Emergency Declaration
impressed upon everyone the potential gravity of the threat posed by the storm. All of us
at the 2026 Kona Brewers Festival Team hope that you and yours remain safely out of
harm’s way.

The Festival is taking place at King Kamehemeha Kona Beach Resort, 75-5660 Palani Rd, Kailua-Kona, HI. Parking is available at Tony Honda Kona nearby, located at 75-5608 Kuakini Hwy, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
Must be 21 years of age or older to attend the main event, Kona Brewers Festival. Please bring valid government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport for proof of age. This policy is strictly enforced.
Children are welcome to attend the Run for Hops.
By using your ticket, Holder grants Festival Organizer and its affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image and likeness while at the Festival (the “Recording”), and the use of such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known and hereafter devised.
