Aloha Volunteer Beer Pourers
The fabulous Melissa Emond, will once again be the lead point person for volunteers at BrewFest 2020. She is ready to sign you up to be a Beer Pourer Volunteer for the 25th Annual Celebration and Benefit on Saturday, March 13, 2021. We have a new format so please read details very carefully.
To volunteer, read the “Volunteer Commitment Information” and do not make a commitment unless you know for sure you can help. You must attend our mandatory Beer Pourer training, which has been moved to the same day as the festival. Volunteers must be at least 21 years old and all beer tender volunteers are not allowed to drink beer the day of the event. However, beer will be served during the Mahalo Party on Sunday, March 14. Spread the word and invite your family and friends to volunteer with you. We always have fun! We will continue to add names to our volunteer list, but as you know, there is a cutoff as soon as we have enough volunteers so don’t forget to contact us just to have your name added to our list. Here are the actual dates and times for the event:
SATURDAY, MARCH 13
MANDATORY Beer Pourer Training – No Exceptions
REGISTRATION: Please arrive no later than 12:00 NOON
We will meet in the Paddlers Lounge (Next to Honu’s Restaurant) at the Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel-
At the training, you will receive:
– Instructions from the Department of Liquor Control
– Your volunteer t-shirt and commemorative mug
– Complete list of beers being served and your booth assignment

SUNDAY, MARCH 14
The Mahalo Party 4:00-6:00pm
There will be lots of beer and pizza for your enjoyment
