Cathee Malapit: I have been in the Restaurant industry since I was 14. In my 20’s I started teaching fitness classes along with personal training. So combining fitness with healthy cooking was an easy fit. My goal as a café is to make local plate lunches that not only taste good but are healthy too! We use locally grown, organic produce and products whenever possible. We have specials everyday, as well as a full breakfast menu that is served all day. along with wraps, big salads and protein smoothies. We are located at The Club in Kona and you don’t have to be a member to eat here!
