Festival Arrangements:
» Kegs will be handled, stored, refrigerated, tapped and served
by trained staff.
» Brewery reps wishing to serve their beer are NOT permitted to
drink (Sorry! Hawaii County law). Those who prefer to drink are not permitted
behind their booths. This will be enforced by security! If you want to drink,
you cannot pour! If you want to pour your beer you cannot drink!
» Serving tables will be provided with jockey boxes (sankey fittings),
chairs and tablecloths.
» Special tapping equipment – Bring it if you need it AND
be prepared to install it!
» Please bring or send appropriate signage, tap handles, beer descriptions
for servers, POS, etc.
» It is your responsibility to check your beers at least one hour
BEFORE festival begins to be sure they are pouring the way you would like. Once
the festival begins, only non-drinking beer representatives will be permitted
behind their booths.
Registration deadline is January 18, 2010. No fee required; just donate the
beer!
